Control Panel for MySQL Database

I need a control panel developed for a MySQL database that will handle our order management. It should: -Show a list of 20-50 recent orders, including order number, date of order, name of customer, tracking number and order status -by clicking on the order number, more detailed information is available, including customer shipping information, type of product(s) ordered, etc. -a search button should be available to search all orders for any matching string -option buttons on the left should include: recent orders, daily order summary (with a calendar for date selection), orders for a date range, orders by a specific supplier. -manual order entry screen that will take new orders This project will likely evolve to include more features, but this will get us started. We would like to get this done soon and we can pay immediately, but we are on a relatively tight budget (to start). Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you for your interest.
