Convert Apple IOS app to Android

I have an existing Apple application that is popular with my customers that I would either like ported over to android or a new app written on android for this purpose. The app itself allows users to upload photos from their camera roll via their phone to an ftp website. It collects a little information on the upload (such as IP address, name and phone number) and tags the files uploaded by date. I would like this application to be completed in less than 10 days.
