Create CMS web site shell

This job is to create a slick looking content managed site - just the shell for us to add the content to, preferably including the ability to have videos within the pages if we want to. As well as your bid can you let me know how soon you can do it and whether the 2 day deadline is enough. Also please let me know whether you favour Joomla!, WordPress or something else. (I've managed Joomla! sites before.) ## Deliverables I already have some PowerPoints that I'd like the style of the web site to tie in with. I'm attaching a sample - this is just to give a general idea, not necessarily to match. Rather than the CNN red we would want the purple colour from the logo in the bottom left hand corner. (Ideally I would have done the web site first, and then the Powerpoints to tie in with the site, but I'd prefer not to need to change the PowerPoints, so it will be best if the site is designed in such a way that the Powerpoints look as if they were inspired by the site!)
