Create a Wordpress Plugin that would easily Duplicate your Wordpress site (with settings, theme, plugins, images, and content)

I need a Wordpress Plugin that could be uploaded to a user's site and then completely clone or duplicate wordpress sites. This would include all files, theme, plugins, widgets, settings, images, comments, and content (the entire wordpress website) with an easy to use COPY button and then take it over to the new domain (even another hosting), upload it and hit UPLOAD DUPLICATE button. The plugin I'm looking at is called Duplicator (it's for Wordpress and it's free). Duplicator is not easy to use when you are uploading to the new domain. It times out a lot. I'd like the basic capabilities of Duplicator but please make mine more user friendly. I will be available to answer all questions and I'd like this project completed in the next 3-4 days.
