Create Wordpress Theme

Hello I need healp creating a Wordpress Theme. I already have a design on a JPG and I could get a PDF of it. I want the theme to look exactly like the design. I want to use css and no tables. I want to use text + css instead of images with texts when possible. On the header of the theme I don't want a big image but a layered background image, site logo and facebook logo as separate images. I want the images to have a PROPER name like: [login to view URL] instead of [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] I want the css styles to have a good name ... don't do .style1 I want all links to have title attribute I want all images to have GOOD alt attribute On The theme I have four logo images and urls called 'Sponsors' .. I should be able to change those easily. Without editing the footer or a php file. I also have a list of 2-3 Events on the right column, I should be able to edit the events as well easily. Maybe use a plugin. I want to have a mailing list form. So, please use a plugin for it. Also, I want to easily add youtube videos to some of my pages. One of my pages, is a photo gallery .. is there a way to have a nice gallery plugin on one page? And I have a page with a Contact Form. Again please use a plug in.
