Custom widget creation using Flash, XML, PHP

I need flash widgets created that will use an xml feed. The feed will be a live content update from various websites that I run. The widget should be able to be placed in more than one location once it is created, sort of like a Twitter feed widget works (except the content is coming from my own websites not Twitter). This is a simple project that should be done quickly. Whoever bids and completes this successfully will be hired for a larger project that is related to this.
