This is a CLASSIC ASP PROJECT, so do not nbid on it thinking its asp.net, php, etc. If you dont plan on doing it in CLASSIC ASP, then do not bid please. I have already assigned this project to 3 different coders who have all let me down. If after reading this bid request you do not understand something, I urge you to ask a question. The coder that I select for this project must complete the entire project within 2 weeks of the date assigned. **The coder must also inform me the day before, of the page or section of the site that he intends to work on the following day. This will allow me to prepare a detailed instruction page as to what the final page should look like and what functions should be included in that particular page or section.** If you are awarded the bid, I will need you to post to this forum your start time and end time, and you must put in an 8 hour day each day minimum. SO this means you MUST NOT be working on any other projects. If you accept the terms listed herin, you understand the attached project requirements, your coder rating is at least an 8.5 and your bid amount is not higher than $500 then you may place your bid. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. 4) If this project is not completed by the deadline then the employer will have rights to all deliverable and project files that the employee has completed to date. There will be no compensation paid to the employee if there are deadlines missed. If the employee needs more time, then he should mention it before the project bid is assigned. ## Platform Classic ASP, MS Access And whatever other technologies are needed to compelte the project.
