Decision Analyzer version 2.0

See attachments The software being developed is a decision making assistance software that organizes these 3 components of a decision for its users (Decision Question, Option Identifiers and Weighted Criteria for each option). Please refer to screenshot 1 for a visual of the desired graphical user interface. It works by allowing the user to rank and score what is important in the decision. This program has been developed in visual basics. A draft C Sharp version of the program has been written and will be supplied to the winning tenderer for further development. The output of this tender is a .exe program written in C Sharp that must be locally downloaded and installed in order for the user to have access to it and a file to launch a licence server (.DAT, MySQL – This is at the discretion of the programmer). Please see Paid Milestone/Deliverables for C Sharp .exe and Licence server database programming details. The software will be made available online for computer download in C# format. The program will facilitate database storage ability using local computer memory and regular licensing controls from an external server. The program must be capable of allowing individual companies to store their decisions in a local windows based file structure for access and be able to recall previous decisions using a “pair wise comparison” function. See screenshot 1 for preferred Graphical User Interface. The program shall function on both Windows, Apple & Android machines. The program must be developed in C sharp.
