Greetings, I am currently building a website for my team of 10 ESL teachers. On that website, I would like potential students to be able to see when my teachers are available and book lessons with them. What make my need a little different from just a basic Google calendar is that I want the teachers to be able to list specific 30 min blocks of time as available or unavailable and the students choice for a class can only be made during the teachers free time. If the student chooses a teach and a time for a class, then we all get an email. Pretty basic. Let me know. Thanks!

Hi, We can discuss more about this but I see a few issues we may have along the workflow that we can discuss. Mostly around how the teachers would select the spots and also how/whether rescheduling would be internally handled. I would suggest using something like MadrillApp for the emails to ensure proper delivery as well. Please let me know and we can discuss further.
