Develop Wordpress custom plugin that will bridge with a CRM

I need a custom plugin(s) for a wordpress website that will do the following: 1. It will be approximately 3-4 page webform + success page. a. The first page will ask info about a new project and do calculation and provide an instant price quote (we do have the formula and values for fiends in excel sheet). b. Second page - login or new registration, in case client wants to continue with the project. An option will be to create an affiliate account type, instead of regular. In that case a few more fields will add on, such as business TAX ID, company category and vendor license. c. Third page will be editing the original submission in case of any errors and add more info about the project. Also will be able to reference an affiliate ID in case client was referred by someone. d. Success Page, that will provide customer with shipping instructions, a project number, and other details about the project. A PDF form will be generated, that customer will print out; PDF form will contain a copy of the submission. If possible, create an option for domestic customers to generate a FedEx or UPS shipping label to ship their stuff to us, without charging them. 2. WE HAVE NOT chosen a CRM YET. We are used to vTiger and are OK with SugarCRM. We want to use the CRM that you believe would best work with what we need. All of the submissions will go into a CRM. The account at wordpress must somehow be bridged with CRM as well, so that our customer service reps can edit anything that is needed from the CRM. Any new submission for a project, will create a project in CRM and link it to the new customer or old customer, based on customer account. Upon creating a new customer or affiliate account a new customer is created in CRM. Client must be able to log in from wordpress website and change his billing info or shipping info, and all changes will reflect on the customer's CRM account. For the client, he will never know we are using some sort of CRM, all he will see is just wordpress account. 3. Here is how we want cleint's "MY ACCOUNT" page to look like: ACCOUNT OVERVIEW PAGE Default View - Account Dashboard. Menu on the side with options for account view. ACCOUNT DASHBOARD List of the last 5 projects submitted with statuses and URLs to view the details for each project Below is listed account information, ie. default billing and shipping address, email, URL to change password for login etc. ADDRESS BOOK List of all addresses on the account, default billing & shipping address and ability to change that. MY PROJECTS List of all projects ever submitted, 10 per page, and ability to click on each and view details MANAGE PAYMENT INFO Ability to manage default credit cards and such, delete and put new cards on file AFFILIATE ACCOUNT (the content only visible to reseller approved accounts) Show affiliate ID for referral See outstanding balance See the discount / referral % and how much left till upgrade Read about all types of accounts and how to earn different affiliate discounts See payout history Change type of benefit Order marketing info Option to do blind-shipping and upload logo / change company info for invoices and ship out addresses, as well as file list if possible Communication Preferences (contact customer or contact affiliate with status update) (Global).] There are also more details that we will want to discuss.
