The tools I would suggest would be sql server 2014 and SSAS . Front end can be SSRS , and Excel (free addins such as power map and power pivot can help in Self Service BI) . SSAS has all the features for Customer Segmentation , Predictive analysis , forecasting , Basket analysis , Data mining etc
