Develop a website exactly like betfair with reseller functions

My company needs a betting website, one EXACTLY like betfair. We are NOT looking to create aWEBSITE” of betfair, but a similar website with the major features of the betfair website which can be linked to an account on the original betfair site. A must for this website is for it to have all the basic markets on [login to view URL] NOW TO A MORE IN-DEPTH PART OF THE WEBSITE TO BE DEVELOPED. We want this website to act as a reseller website to betfair. This means our website should mimick betfair markets as every price change should also be reflected on our website. If a bet is unmatched on our account with the original betfair, it should also display here on the newly developed website. Also our website should have custom pricing options. This means that such website created should allow for us “the admin” to adjust our pricing in relation to betfairs’. We are fully aware there are thousands of markets available on the betfair website at any given time, which is why we would simply like the developer to write a code that would allow our website to add/subtract a definite price structure to each market. Please view example below:- The following example shows our website with a command to subtract 0.05 from every BACK price on the betfair market to be displayed on our website AND a command to also add 0.05 to every LAY price on the market. 1. OUR WEBSITE BACK & LAY MARKET (SAME MARKET) Back Lay 1.51 10.17 If you look closely at the examples above, you would see a change in prices of an addition & a subtraction in the two markets respectively between BETFAIR and OUR WEBSITE. These price differentials should always check with betfair at intervals of seconds so as to always be precise. Lastly, just as an API works, we would need this website to be linked to one user account on betfair. Hence, for every user who bets on this website, the website will trigger that ONE user account connected to this website to place the corresponding bet.
