app display the contents of a CSV file as a tree

I will make the exe in .net . You will have a browse button where csv file will be selected and after selction the contents of csv will be filled in the form of treeview. We can have a grid at right side, upon selection a certain entry in treeview , rest of the information will be displayed in GRID.
