cPanel addon - smart autoresponder

I would like to create a cPanel addon script I will describe as a "smart autoresponder". It will allow setup of autoresponder like cPanel does now EXCEPT it will only send ONE response per email address per day (or other time period specified by cpanel account user setting it up.) It should actually have an option to send a SECOND email to the same address. (so perhaps one email saying, "hey I'm outta the office" and the next one saying, "hey just remember .... I'm still outta the office!" -- but this second email would be a choice only, not default. Otherwise, it should be setup with the same features as current autoresponder in latest edition of cPanel. (time to start, end, etc. )
