changes lightbox to another system to load videos.

hello, i have a site here..[login to view URL] it currently is loading 3d pane vide videos in lightboxes via an iframe. the problem with this, when the page loads it starts to load ALL the videos at once, so takes a long time. i need you to change the page so it works like this.. Click on video and then iframe is loaded... to view and example of the lightbox videos, press services then hit hds video icon OR hds photo both use the same viewer. Please write with suggestion of how you intend to find the solution.. should only take you a small amount of time
