A plugin to integrate php melody and wordpress member database.

I am currently using php melody and I am looking to integrate wordpress. I would like to use the same member database so I can have the functionality of wordpress. I want my members that register with php melody be able to post and comment on the wordpress blog that I set up. I look forward to hearing from you if you think you can accomplish this. Thanks
