A strategic software outsourcing partner is needed for long term projects

Dear software experts, We're a growing Social Media Company in Doha, Qatar. One of our main projects is a large scale social network that we're launching in the next year. It's a long-term, large scale project that aims at serving hundreds of millions of users around the globe. We're looking for a strategic software outsourcing partner who can lead the agile development of our software projects, and manage the process of enterprise mobile and web applications implementation.
