Im making a service similar to [login to view URL] for only 1 country .
What i need :
A person to setup my dedicated server.
A basic User ( client ) Management System ( handle subscription , speedlimitation , monitor the syteme ).
I will only have 1 type of account : Unlimited acces to the server with a fixed speed.
Let me know if you are going to use a ready-made application or you will do the coding yourself.

can do this for u.i ahve done such before. speedlimitation is included in current openvpn. so bid is for user subscription and payment gateway. optional can setup pay-by-phone(+$100). escrow to start.
Have done exactly this in my last job, web interface for adding users and downloading client certificates etc. Extensive (5+ years) experience of OpenVPN. Network administrator by trade.
