A2billing asterisks call termination need adding

I am using asterisks server and been routing-terminating my call through a company that now went out of business and I need to add another company to my asterisks on a Linux server running fedora 4 . I am using an older version of a2billing which I know how to set up but I don’t know how to modify the needed config files on the asterisks server and reload these without restarted the servers. I suspect this would only take 15 minutes to make the needed changes however if need be, speaking to my new provider and making sure it works might take 45 minutes or even a little more. I am using SIP and need the new provider to be added to my [login to view URL] file or whatever other files needed so I can terminate calls through them. I would also like to learn how to do this simple modification myself so I don’t have to have someone else to do it each time I add a new company to my list to terminate calls with. Part of this job is also includes show or telling me what command to use to reload these config files after editing them and how to had a new company.

People bidding on this job must know Linux and asterisks fairly good and know how to sit up termination on asterisks and should have a land line for me to call or some voice program like skype, MSN Yahoo ECT.. so we can talk. I need this job done soon as possible, even today if possible. Those being able to maintain my servers or do additional work in the future later and can do PHP programming will be more likely to get this job.
