Hello, I am a private investigator who is need of a software program that can access multiple databases at the same time. Then it should give me the option of changing some of the reported findings mainly (public records). There are 12 databases that I access, 5 of them require a log in to access. I need a coder who can automate this process. I would like the program to be advanced but not too confusing. For example if I were to do a Nanny check on a person I would like to put in their name, SSN, birthdate into the program and have it search the databases that are online and have the program show me what it found or did not find. In many cases there will be "no record". I want the program to list what is found on each database or like it to list "no record found" if nothing is found. Then I would like the program to be allow me to edit the text and input information like my company name, ect. Here are some of the sites that I access. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
