Article Categorizing Script

I am seeking a programmer who can develop a simple program to categorize .txt articles for me . You will see in the attached zip file there is a list of approximately 400 articles listed alphabetically in .txt format on a variety of topics I want to be able to copy those articles in bulk into an application which will sort those articles into categories associates with the keywords title of the article and produce separate folders with matching topic titles. For example, all the articles related to ‘acne’ would be in the acne folder. All the articles to do with ‘Travel’ would be in the travel folder. Also: 1. There should be the function whereby these lists can be saved (if required) as a project and added to as I receive more lists in the future (I normally receive a list of 400 articles per month) <!-- --> 1. There should be a function that will allow me to move articles from one folder to another in case of mis-matching. <!-- --> 1. There should be a function to put the ‘name’ of the article into the article as the title. <!-- --> 1. A clear user interface.
