We would like to retain an experienced Asterisk/VOIP programmer to further develop our existing Asterisk system. Ultimately we are interested in establishing a long term relationship with a reliable, experienced, and knowledgable Asterisk programmer that can complete project objectives on time, and be there at all times to help fix emergencies. The first project will be outlined in the Deliverables below.
## Deliverables
1) Develop a predictive dialer that will used for outgoing calls. This predictive dialer will need to store a queue of out going calls, and will route the queued outgoing call to the next available operator. The call list will be retrieved from a MySQL database. Once the next call is executed and sent to one of our vacant call center operators, that call center operator should automatically see pertinent information regarding the respective customer which will also be retrieved from the mysql database (so they know the details that need to be discussed with the customer).
These lists will consist of customers that are due for a refill order, and customers that just placed orders with our company and need to be confirmed over the phone, etc.
2) Create a feature that does the following: When someone calls a SIP # that is in our ASterisk queue, we should be able to define an outside phone # (etc. one or more of our cell phone numbers) that will simeltanously ring
3) Complete these fully-functional features in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
4) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition
5) Programmer must deliver the said requirements within 3 weeks, and must be available for support unconditionally.
6) Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Asterisk is installed on a Unix/Linux server. Call center employees are using Eyebeam Softphone software on Windows workstations.
