Auto/Manual Surfing Program

Needed, A custom Manual/Auto-Surf program. Preferably not written in PHP unless security can be proven. Would rather it be ASP but you decide what the ultimate in security is. Currently in use is PatsPro by RollerSoft. The features that are used on this in this program are needed to keep and also add [url removed, login to view] style of site is fine, but again, security and your support (even if only temporary) are the goal. On call support may also be needed as [url removed, login to view] can go to the Rollersoft home and look at all of the features they offer as they will let you look at their back office of the program. Also needed is the ability to move a group of customers and accounts over to the new program ??" if at all possible. Work will be done on different servers so There will be no concerns during the trial period. Some additional features needed: Needs to handle an ever growing group of people and maintain speed (possibly 10’s of thousands) A secure platform for doing automated payouts Need to have absolute math calculations (no chance of errors no matter the decimal place or length of function) Ability to change any features on the front of the page A secure accounting function that cannot be altered An ability to have different "home page" looks (possibly templates to choose?" An easy to understand back office An easy to use Admin back office Selective IP addresses for logins. Can be changed with special code key (Possible use of security keys ??" like the PayPal electronic ones ??" for extra security on payouts) An auto responder to be able to send welcome emails and other email functions The ability to create "localization" within the demographics (the goal is to advertise to a certain area and also a certain group of customers) Editable 'tags' for the home page Need to be able to create duplicate scripts that we own the license to Need to be able to monitor any program changes that "may" take place from an outside source

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one or more places in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. Seller must also show buyer how to install program.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Seller will provide buyer support within 12-24 hours. There will be no hidden access points or other security holes. Buyer will have the right to have script tested by a 3rd party. Contingent upon Buyers satisfaction.
