Custom Web scraper needed

I require data scraped from two sites - [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] - and output to CSV. Both sites host past performance of hundreds of different forex/stockmarket traders. I need a solution whereby I can scrape the entire history for any provider on either of those sites. I don't mind how it is done, and have worked with visual basic scripts for example, in the past. It should run on Win7 and WinXP and should be automatable by Task Scheduler. Please give an outline in your bid as to what software or language you will be using, and how I would interact with it. For example, if I wanted to scrape all 780+ trades from [login to view URL] or all 236 pages from here [login to view URL], what do I do ?
