Project is to go to a list of provided URLS (approx? 2,100 different website/URLs)? and? obtain information for individual jobs posted at those? URLs.? That? data consists of the following:

Required:
1. Title
2. Location (City)
3. Location (State)
3. Description (can presumably be all text related to the job.? less than 500 characters)
4. Job Type (Contract or Permanent - if obtainable)
5. URL to specific job
Then take that information and:
6. Assign a Job Category (example: Accounting, Sales, Customer Service... - if obtainable) from a list of 20-30 categories to be provided
7. Summarize the description into a list of "key" skill keywords (may already be provided in job)
List will be provided upon bid request.? ? Minimum number of results for payment would be 1,000.? Anticipated result set would be around 5,000.? Bonus or additional payment may be negotiated based on result? volume.? ? There must be good? distribution of jobs across companies i.e. can't obtain 5,000 jobs for one company and none for the rest.? Details of the minimum thresholds to be determined as bids are evaluated.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
