Build Real Estate Listings and Management Website

I want to build a real estate listing and management website; Preferably via Word Press plugins and widgets. I have encluded a sample website domain to better illustrate my requirements and specifications for this project. To keep matters simple, I want to closely emualte the website as detailed in the attachment.I do not want you to copy [login to view URL] exactly.
