Credit Card Form

Hello, I need someone to create a form for me that allows people to enter their credit card information securly. This means that there should be no refrences to any [login to view URL] but everything should be on [login to view URL] You must use this validation script: [login to view URL] I also would want the same css / style they use in their example and how it says invalid or valid. The only credit card that I need is mastercard and visa. The credit card information must also be stored in an encrypted database. I would also need a way to recall the secured data and credit card information in a different html. A simple "Show all" with the rows of client information would be enough. A bonus will be given if this project is delivered accuratly and FAST. The person bidding understands: 1) You will not have remote access to the server. 2) The sql to create the database contents will be provided by you 3) The uploading of the files will be done by myself 4) The database information will be stored in a [login to view URL] file which I will edit Due to the fact this will be running on a production server I can not provide access. I will however be awaiting your files and details to get this pushed up asap.
