Customize Header And Footer

Hello!

We have the script installed:

[url removed, login to view]

We would like:

1) the .htaccess file configured so that the URLs are SEO friendly

2) Customize the header and footer to match layout of [url removed, login to view] in an includes file to change easily

3) Help integrate the facebook logon (I think it's done-just may need a bit of help)

Please confirm if you can start right now. Should be quick.
