ASP.Net dating

Morning all, I've brought a Dating website script gtom [login to view URL] and have it installed here [login to view URL] I'm not that programming savvy, but would like to update the theme to look more like the attatched link below: [login to view URL] (sorry, I know the content of this example website is kinda rude, I just like the way the design is simple, and very clear to see where to navigate). I'm ideally looking for someone who can programme this theme. I can give you full access to the script I have (ie: email you the files). I will design the new theme based hevily on the example given above. I will give you the design as a .psd and from this I would love to find someone who is clever enough to put the design into the script, and re-programe the script to look more like the above link. I know I may be asking for the moon, but I'm sure that someone out there has the skill to do this. Now, the only thing is that I dont have much of a budget for this, about £120 max, but hopefully the project is quite straight forward and simple to do if I provide all the script files and also a layered .psd for the project. Also, there is no huge rush for this, by the end of the month would be fantastic. Finally, the website will have a slightly adult theme (although nothing rude or XXX) but please be aware of this before contacting.
