Article Spinning with Spintax and CSV Replacement

Hello all,
We have a Spintax of an article... We want 10000 spun variations generated out of these articles. Now this spintax has certain markers such as "State, City and ZipCode" - we have an excel sheet of 10,000 State, City and ZipCodes - that we wish to be entered in each of the 10,000 articles.
So Article 1 has - "Find the best dog food in Austin, Texas" and Article 2 will be "Find the best dog food in Seattle, Washington"
The rendered articles will need to be uploaded to wordpress with a description, page title and post title containing the city and state names from above.
Need this done quickly. Full Milestone provided.
