Auto Captcha Api Reader Software creation

Hi. I need a auto captcha api reader software which is already ruining in market . but working on a site ([login to view URL]) i want to change the site and also want to connect this software with a control panel to register the new users only the users are in my panel are able to run the software . and i want to connect the site ( [login to view URL] ) to run the work. i have a copy of that software i test it its working 100% reading captcha image write the captcha text and submit automatically please see this file and then let me know about this is it possible to change it and run it independently .and also let me the price of this complete work and in how many days.
