Bulk Article Poster to WP Blog

Hi, I want to create a simple program to publish bulk article to my wordpress blog (self hosted) The basic idea of this program is similar to windows live writer, see this: [login to view URL] The problem in windows live writer is I can only publish an article at one time, which is time consuming. That's why I'm wondering if anyone of you can make a program to publish couple articles (for example 50 articles/more at once) In each post, I want to be able to: 1. Select the category from the existing category or add a new one 2. Select the publish date 3. Select or add tag 4. Add picture in each post 5. Use other basic formatting tools, like Bold, italic, underline, hyperlink, more tag, alignment, and so on. Only place your bid if you think you are capable to do this project.
