Capture/Find Deleted Files on HDD

Hello

I need a software in VISUAL BASIC 6.0 which shall find the deleted files on Floppy drives and Hard Disk (C: / D: / E ..... ) and also recover them. The list of deleted files found should be shown in a list with colom which shows the condition of file ( can be recovered or not ), file name , path (where the file is kept),and Size.

The Delete file should also be recovred with NO data Chnage For exmaple let us assume that we had a file [url removed, login to view] in which we had written "RENTACODER" and we deleted it and when I recovered it it through the software then it should have the same data which would be "RENTACODER". The Path to restore must be on HDD ( valid HDD partitons )

The software should work on windows 98 and greater and also on these file systems FAT16, FAT32, NTFS

I would prefer those coder who can shwo me a demo so that I am sure they are able to do it. I am open to suggestions

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
