Check for non-English Characters

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a function/snippet of code written in VB.NET? that checks a plain text string for non-English characters and will return true if they are found. Basically, I'd like for this function to check for any characters outside of what's found on a typical QWERTY keyboard.? The winning bidder may? use anything within the standard VB.NET library (such as Regex, etc.) I'm looking for this function to be done quickly (within about 48 hours) so please bid accordingly.
