Complex sorting project - VB code help

I need help with a somewhat complex sorting code project in VB for a game i'm working on. I have some code already but it doesn't seem to be very reliable, and I need a real VB code pro. I'll explain the problem in more detail to the winner and enquiring coders, and supply source code for you to study and possibly fix, so that it will be ready to go.
