Customer Management System with various components

I need a customer Management system, so people can log in from my web site and see their business information etc, + history of services undertaken + other features. I resell phone numbers but have all the phone numbers under my account with another company, so you'll have to do some back end work and login to the other company, extract necessary information from their HTML/PHP page. You don't have access to their database. and have it formated in my system.

Situation:

1. COMPANY A is my company

2. COMPANY B has another system which i can log into and see my telephone bill for various telephone numbers that I have with them.

3. The telephone numbers are listed on an Customer management system page of COMPANY B distinguished by

4. Each page contains ROWS + COLUMNS + TOTAL at the bottom

5. Some of my customers on COMPANY A own X number of telephone numbers, but they don't have access to COMPANY B in which all the information is stored.

6. I want them to have access to see their phone record on company A and so you need to extract the information from company B and have it placed into a database in company A.

7. I want it so you can show past history [month by month]

8. Do some statistics [reports]

Now my CRM system i want you to develop is not primarily to TELEPHONE numbers, because some customers may have other services attached... like web hosting etc. This needs to integrate and pull information out of Modernbill and CPANEL so the customer can see extra information.

I want it so the customer can see invoices for the telephone numbers + web hosting + web design services etc. from one place (this system).

Some services are recurring, some are variable month by month (telephone), some are 1 off like SSL, web design etc, some are monthly like maintenance fees etc.

An invoice needs to show month by month the amount owing depending on if any of the services were charged on that month, or $105.50 charged to telephone for month, etc.

As such I am reselling telephone numbers from COMPANY B. I want it so the system allows people to RESELL numbers from COMPANY A (my own).

I'm more concerned about the functionality rather than look of the system.

COMPANY B is protected by username & password (so this needs to be sent). You have only got HTML access to COMPANY B.

I want a management system so people can be deleted, added, help requests performed.

Integrate with MYOB accounting for book keeping purposes.

May be some of these things are unrealistic and impossible, so let me know if you think so too.
