DART TelNet Automation Software Needs Finishing

Our company in is need of a VB.NET 2005 programming who has used DART Telnet for .NET before to finish some backend coding for an application that automates some telnet work that runs weekly. Two things that are required for this project:

1. You MUST know Visual Basic .NET 2005

2. You MUST know how to use DART Telnet .NET

We DO NOT wish to change to another method so please do not message with offers to do it another way. You must be able to prove that you know how to code using the DART module. The work should take no longer then 3 weeks as the interface and half of the coding is currently done. You will be required to finish the area where it looks at the results of each ping and then adds this information to a report field within the application.

You will be required to finish the coding for using the DART .NET TelNet module and for coding the reporting area of the aplication which will record pass or fails.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
