I need a Math program that uses the Intel Math Kernel Library (MKL). The program should be written in VB.NET (MKL in C++ and doesn't come with VB examples). Since I am a VB programmer, all I need is a program that demonstrates importing/registry of the library in VB.Net and use of the functions. The User Interface can have buttons/menu that demonstrate a few functions (the more the better) from different categories of the library (e.g. a few from BLAS, FFT, LAPACK, Vector Math, Vector Statistical, and DFT). I plan to use ComponentOne [login to view URL] for charts. If you have ComponentOne great, if not any charting tool will do. What is important to me: 1) Should be easy for me to change to program, therefore strong planning/organization and documentation is required . 2) A few prepared examples from engineering disciplines to demonstrate the program would be helpfull. 3) The program should be easy to maintain everytime there is an update to MKL (or the charting component). 4) Even though this is a demo program, I plan to upgrade it to a program that will be used by Mechanical Engineers. Therefore you shoud think as if you are writing a complete, professional program. Optional: 4) Impress me with you professional programming skills by providing (i) documentation that can easily be maintained (ii) object-oriented design and (iii) provide Visio UML. Please specify in your bid if you plan to provide this Optional requirement.
