Dispatching Trucks

Small Database program built for multiple users- Must consist of data entry, Access 2000 back end, with output consisting of reports and quickly find data. Purpose is to store trucking dispatch information, pull from that database when the truck calls in and quickly retreive that information for dispatch. Program is 50% finished, all screens and database are developed. I need Debugging work, coding clean up, general advice and short too the point technical documentation. I have already created 1 MS Access Database with all fields. Made up of 4 Tables: Customer, Product, Trucks, Trips. Everything is Normalized and related, all tables have primary keys and relationships built. I have splash screen, linked to menu, where the dispatcher will go to a Load entry form. This form is built and running. Format is in place, This is what i need, Field Validation, I.E. field TRUCK NUM, when user enters this in i need to the program to check for exsiting trucks in table trucks, respond with appropriate feedback. I have multiple fields that need validation such as this. Estimated time for experianced programmer 5 hours if you use my form. I have Add, edit, delete, refresh(multi-user), and close buttons working. 27 Fields need validation, basic to advanced. There is New product entry and New Customer Entry and New Truck Entry. These with each there separate entry screens which i have setup and functioning. I have one report, which i used DataReport with ADO Data Environment connection. This report is basic and functioning and format is setup. It lists all Trips. I need Printed reports for just the entered loads of the day. I need by day and or month Trip Report. Trip is defined as all load information for one truck. One dispatched load is one Trip. We print this at the end of the day. Through the use of ADO DE connection I have some SQL connections populating list fields on a form. 2 list fields setup. One is Trucks, which dispatcher selects from, then the next List pulls up the Loads by date for that selected truck. This is coded and working. I need to populate a seperate form with all Detailed Trip information based off the two selections in the list fields. I have this detailed form done as well, i am in the process of coding the ADO for populating that form from that info. This might be required! 1 Database, 9 Forms, 1 DE, 1 Data Report, all Functioning. I need code debugging, Validation work, 1 or 2 reports. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 98, network neiborhood
