VB.NET Template organizer

I have HTML templates on my hard drive, I need an application to organize them.

The application should have a file browser (windows explorer style). And let me navigate on my harddrives and folders.

I will Add templates and files to those templates.

When I find an HTML file, I will select it and press a button 'Add File'.

The app will be able to add any type of file, when it is .html or .htm, the app will preview it in the internal viewer (IE control), when it is not a html file, launch it in the associated app (let windows handle it)

A template can have 1 or more categories, and the app will have a catalog to Add/Delete/Modify categories.

The app will use an access Database.

I'm attaching a VB.NET project (VS2003) so you base on it, but please change the names of the controls, dont leave them textbox1, button1, etc.

The path of the files will be relative. For example, if I have c:\templates\template001\[url removed, login to view] , the base will be c:\templates, and will not be stored on the DB, only 'template001\[url removed, login to view]' will be stored, so If I change the templates to another drive or folder, I can configure the base path to change. The base path wll be on [url removed, login to view] and the templates will be stored only under 1 folder IE: c:\templates.

I'm also attaching a .jpg with the DB tables that will be used. I will send the DAL (data access layer) generated by a popular Code Generator, so you will only have to code against the DAL for DB operations.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
