Taking proposals on how the project described below would be done. The winning proposal gets the contract. We are interested in finding out the steps that need to be taken and the time required to see if this project in financially feasible while screening the right programmers to do the job.
Please describe and prepare a proposal on how you would complete the following project: Need software developed that allows a person to view an online poker website with their cell phone in a secure environment. In other words, we need an interface that allows you to view the poker website via cell phone in a user friendly manner, with user friendly features, where security is not an issue that can be simply downloaded and used without technical support.
Because of the vast amount of cell phone brands on the market we are trying to appeal to the masses with the most popular brands/models sold. An interface that is universal may be difficult but the idea is to reach as many people as possible without the customer having to buy special/expensive phones to use: later we can target more specific niche markets.
Other requirements: 7 and 30 day trial version, which can be instantly converted to the full version, which only a unique password, (so the same password cannot be used for more than one phone) and cannot be reinstalled once the trial has expired.
Proposal Requirements:
applicable work experience
suggested cell phones to target
description of software needed to view this poker site
timeline to complete the software if your proposal is accepted and the number of labor hours
please describe all work that cannot be done by yourself/firm that will need to be done by someone else with the respective costs and timeline.
total cost to do such a project (we are not awarding the winner of this proposal to the lowest bidder; we are awarding the best candidates in respect to costs)
