Add scripts to existing website

I have an existing website that I need the following added to. 1. I have purchased a script for a video chat feature that I want integrated onto my website. 2. I would like a comment section added that will post a small thumb pic of the person making the comment. 3. I would like to include a geo ip locator (member search feature). (Where user types in to view a list of other member within 100, 200, 500 km etc. of them based on their ip address.) 4. My site currently uses fdk editor in the user information upload section. I wanted to upgrade to a newer wysiwyg editor to replace it as fdk eritor is no longer supported. I have had issues in the past with a freelancer messing with my htaccess files. Please do not tamper (backdoor scripts etc.) with my site as I keep a close eye on all file changes. You will be the only one with access to my server I will need you to provide me with a list of any files you create/modify on my server. If you do good work there will lot's more in the future. I would really like to find ONE good person to work with and trust. You should be solid in html, javascript, php, css.
