Additions and Updates to EMR App

In the EMR app (php), the following additions are required:

Item 1:

There is a list of items for each category, but sometimes depending on the value entered for one item, I want to show / hide some items with one of the following methods:

- By Reloading the Page, but the focus should return to the same item

- By Ajax

- By generating a list of items like in the sql text field, but with correct item type and display

- By opening a pop up window with the subtree containing all the items to appear

In any case, there should be a way to define this structure in the admin panel:

Ex. Item B, C and all corresponding subitems appear only if user answers 1 to Item A

Items values should be saved, and generated in the array

Item 2: We need to allow the user to access all Medical Records of a patient from within the case (in pop up window): Clicking on a button opens a pop up window containing all Medical Records organized like in the Patients Page.

Item 3: Make the interface for entering formulas in Admin Panel coder friendly: Minimum = Possibility to include tabs, by including for example an editor like ckeditor or something easier

Item 4: Interpret the html for items which value is assigned in the formulas. Ex. $arr['Item1'][0]="gfdgds gfds should display appropriately

Item 5: Allow any code written in PHP to run, if it is written correctly in the formulas fields, including but not limited to sql queries, php functions, sql functions etc.

If you feel comfortable, bid for item 1, 2, 4 and 5, and leave item 3.
