Adsense account with a website

Hi Freelancers of the world,

Looking for a Google Adsense expert for creating a wordpress (or other type) website that will be generating minimum $20 per day.

I already have a Google adsense publisher account.

I already have a server to host my websites on.

I will provide a blank wordpress page with account access for the freelancer to login and create with.

I can not reward the project to ones who have negative feedback. (If you don't have any feedback, please don't bid).

Please make only honest and real bids.

SEO optimized content is your responsibility.

Website must have original content for the success of SEO

Configure and update the website as needed to continue generating money in the long run.

(blogspot or youtube adsense account is not accepted)

As you know please Only white hat SEO techniques. (no grey hat techniques)

You must follow google Adsense rules and regulations.

Your work shouldn't result in the account being suspended or deleted!

Website / Adsense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks.

Please no bots, automated or traffic exchanges, traffic buying/trading sites or paid services! I do not want the account banned!

Do not use repeat IP addresses or Adsense will ban the account!

The keywords for which the website generates traffic should be ranked in google search.

No Pharmaceutical, violence, gambling, or adult related content as dictated by Adsense rules.

The site must generate income for the long term with AT LEAST $20 US Dollars per day.

I will fully pay the amount of bid ONLY AFTER:

-All terms have been met successfully.

-I see constant income of at least $20/day (average) in my Adsense account.

-I receive my first payment check from Google Adsense

If my account suspended or deleted by Google then I never release your payment.

I would like to cooperate in the long rung so i am looking for a mutual win-win condition.

Would like to get helped for many SEO topics for a monthly fee or on a % basis.

Similar prior works would be very helpful.
