Adsense website earning USD10 + per day

Hello freelancers.

I am looking or an experienced web developer to create me a website that will earn US$10 or more per day.

You will be responsible for writing the SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website. Website should be developed using Wordpress. However if you feel as though you can do better with another web program then let me know and we can discuss it. I'm open to your ideas.

I have not yet purchased the domain name so you can choose it. I will be paying the costs of purchasing the domain name and web hosting. You can also choose the niche as long as it is not adult, pharm, violence or gambling. You must adhere to adsense Terms and conditions 100%.

You will be responsible for writing unique SEO optimized content and configuration of the website.

This is what you must be able to do if you are to bid for my project:

- Give me an in depth overview of what you plan to do with the project including: what niche you will be doing, what you would like to call the website, what kind of content you will be posting, how you will approach it.

- All content must be unique and not simply copied from the internet as I will be checking.

- I would like at least 52 original articles relating to the chosen niche

- Content to be SEO optimised to drive traffic

- Must generate at least US$10 per day

- Preferably a wordpress website

- All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing

- Must contain related images to niche topic

- Design must be neat and optimised to allow people to click the ads

- Must be google adsense optimised

All clicks must be legit and they must all follow google adsenses terms and conditions. It all must be white hat! Show me that you are capable of doing this in your reply. Make sure you read the terms and conditions and follow them 100%

I will pay only, and only after I see 45 days of constant income in my account. I will hold the pay until it has been confirmed. I will pay 100% in full at the end of the 45 days if it is successful. If you are not ok with this then please do not bid. Bidding time has been set for 30 days but it probably will not last that long.
