Hey I'm new to this so apologies if this is unclear (especially terminology)
I am wanting someone to build a website for me, where users can rate and comment on adverts on New Zealand television. When users create an account , they can also upload their own videos (this would be moderated)
They could be embedded through YouTube.
There would be different categories eg featured, new, celebrity endorsed etc
A good example of the kind of site is: www.ad-review.co.uk.
I already have the domain name and hosting, a friend has made a start using Joomla, you could build on or start brand new??
I need to be able to update the website, it needs to be user friendly with great navigation, I'd like to be able to add more features to the website as we go along, so potentially would need someone to work with in the future.
I already have an idea of what I would like the homepage to look like, but am open to your advice and expertise. Please find attached a simple example of the homepage.

Please give the website link which your friend build and we will suggest that if we would prefer to start fresh or we will use the Joomla template which you Friend started.
