Attn: PHP Professionals - Remove I-frame from my site

I have had a phpprobid script integrated with a Joomla site. A component has been made so that I can control the phpprobid admin thru Joomla admin and that is fine but I have an error on the front end. The guy built it so that the phpprobid is simply inside a frame on the site....of course I do not want it like this. It should be a seamless site. 1 site by itself...no frames...one menu...just once site. I had hoped that it would be one site and I could just use Joomla templates... I need someone to fix this.
