I need details like my specificalcation listed such as:

I run an auction business in the UK, for my business I wants a website for my clients, and customers, to be able to advertise products and services, and they would be able to put it through a live online auction with sound recognition, virtual character. It would have a pop up TV were products will be sold with sound system. It would feel like, to the client as that they are sitting in a real life auction,

Business will not get any revenue from the bidding process. This is just for the marketing of the company. The company will be getting their revenue when companies choose to register to the company and advertise their company. When the pop up TV is no longer doing live auction it will be have advertising for major companies.

It should be an automatic auction system so that of no staff will be required to conduct auction. There will be a fictional character that will represent an auctioneer of products for customers.

I want to create an auction website like e-bay with a twist also it can have all features like e-bay.

I want the seller to be able to put through the products live auction.

The seller will right the description of the product.

The seller will instruct time and date when he will like his product to be sold through the website.

The buyer can register the interest. and will be able to get few reminders before the auction start.

On the day of the auction there product for example IPhone 4 to be sold the seller wrote the description of the product.

The live auction will be conducted by a virtual charatcher or 3D character created will read out the description what the buyer wrote down of the product.

The virtual character will read the description and will take bids live so it will feel like the auction real and will sell the product there and there.

Also the seller can upload video image of the product and can see the video of the product they will purchase.

The buyer will have the right to sell the product there and there like e-bay as well.

There will be no auction charge it will be free.

The website will make money through other companies advertising there companies through my website.
