Badass Developer for on-going project

Have you seen those graphical quotes going around facebook and pinterest? If you have, send me a link to an example of a good one. I am creating a site that will be a social quote sharing site where users can create graphical quotes using a simple on-site graphical editor and then easily share their creations on social sites such as facebook, pinterest and twitter. Users will also be able to have a profile on the actual site with their created quotes and be able to comment on other users quotes, share them and like them. Users will be able to favorite quotes as well. The on-site quote creator will be very simple and will allow for different shapes of quotes as well as different fonts, background colors, background images, etc.... Developer must be readily available to chat on Skype when needed and will take direction well. Looking for a developer that can do the graphics as well as the coding and complete the first version of the project within 1 month. Optional: I already have some code that has been done for the site, if you can take the code and run with it, you will be much more likely to be chosen.
