Basic recommendation website in which a button is clicked and random page from the site comes up

I would just like the 'start' page and one other template page done, with luck I'll be able to take it from there I'm on a low budget so it doesn't matter if the graphics aren't up to scratch, placeholders are fine. It's just the basic random page generator and template I need help with. The site will randomly pick a page on the site from one of two catagories selected, and on that page will be the recommendation. I've uploaded images with how I want it to look, just a very basic design that lets the background image do the talking. Couple requirements; - Background image that fills the visitors page regardless of visitors moniter size, this will be different on every page so ideally easy for me to change - Easy for me to put content in the content box using a basic HTML editor - Contact / privacy policy / t&c links at the bottom of the page Thanks
